Customer Review: 200 dollar piece of clogging junk

Worked good out of the box but after a week it clogged. We were washing and cleaning the filters after every use, but it still clogged. The useless customer service department told us the take it to the service department and that we will be charged if we did not clean out the clogg. I explained that we only had this vacuum only a week. The customer service department said thats their policy. Well, they can take their policy and stick it somewhere. I will never buy another eureka product again.
