Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Eureka Hepa Filter Style DCF-10 / DCF-14 with Arm and Hammer InsideCustomer Review: Nice Filter Summary: 5 Stars
Product from Go Vacuum arrived quickly. This new filter seems to work much better than the stock one; the baking soda helps get rid of the musty smell as well. Good item (even if it was the only I could find!)
Customer Review: Thanks Amazon for saving me from running all over... Summary: 4 Stars
I was glad to find this product online and not chase all over town looking for it. That being said, the filters are expensive compared to the cost of the vacuum cleaner - which was actually given to me by a friend when he moved away. The vacuum cleaner works better than the oreck vacuum cleaner that I paid over $300 for. But honestly I clean the filter every so often trying to extend the life otherwise at some point it is cheaper (those less environmentally friendly) to buy a new vacuum cleaner.
Customer Review: Vacuum filter Summary: 5 Stars
Convenient to find and purchase this item via internet. It arrived at my home in a timely fashion. Just the filter for my vacuum.
Customer Review: Wrong item sent! Summary: 1 Stars
I ordered the Eureka Hepa Filter with Arm and Hammer and I was sent a different product and it wasn't even in it's original packaging. Never will buy from this seller again.
Customer Review: different but it works Summary: 5 Stars
it fits and work in my vacuum theEureka Optima Lightweight ( the yellow one) though the DCF14 looks different from the DCF10 filter that came with the vacuum. the DCF14 is yellow and has no piece that fits down the pipe and its bigger. plus there are really no instructions on how to install it. but it is not that hard.
i've read several reviews and alot of people said they put a nylon over the filter so i bought some cheap kneehighs and tried it on this filter that keep the clogging down alot it stops the big stuff from getting in the fins of the filter so i dont have to wash it out like the DCF10 so far its works good. i bought two DCF14 thinking i would have to change them quickly like the DCF10 but its been about a month now and i'm still on the first one which i think has a lot to do with the nylon
hope this helps
